Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is currently in transit to your selected address.
During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The delivery time refers to the period after your order has been dispatched and is in transit. This depends primarily on your location:
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- United States: 6-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15-30 business days
Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates outside of our control.
For international orders, customs delays may also occur and extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.
If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery
At AIZELYN, we understand that receiving your order on time is important, and we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation issues
Additionally, delays may occur due to:
- Product availability
- Address verification
- Payment processing
If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is outside of our control. However, we are here to assist you.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a claims process.
We will also assist by following up with the courier and providing updates.

- AIZELYN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- These cases fall outside of our refund policy
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation
If the package cannot be located, you may consider filing a report with your local authorities.
